Origin

The grapes for this Sekt originate from the typical vineyards at the Middle Mosel. The steep slate slopes constitute an excellent foundation for fresh, and mineral base wines. Accordingly, the Sekt perfectly reflects the character of the region.

Vinification

The Prestige Riesling Sekt brut is created from a base wine of carefully selected healthy Riesling grapes. After the vinification of the still wine, the second fermentation took place in the bottle, according to the traditional method. This Sekt remained on its lees for more than eight years before disgorgement in March 2024.
