Shipping is insured via DPD in shipping boxes of 1, 3, 6, or 12 boxes. Deliveries to DHL Packstations are not possible. There is no minimum order value.

The listed product prices include glass and packaging and include statutory VAT/sparkling wine tax.

  • Order value under €180: Shipping costs of €9 .
  • Orders over €180: Free shipping .
  • Magnum (1.5l) and double magnum (3.0l) bottles: Additional shipping fee of €4 per bottle , regardless of order value and quantity.
  • Package size: 0.375l and 0.75l bottles are shipped in packages of up to 12 bottles, 1.5l bottles in packages of up to 3 bottles, and 3.0l bottles in packages with a maximum of 1 bottle.

Shipping to Zone 2 (Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic)

  • Shipping costs: €19.50 per package .
  • Magnum (1.5l) and double magnum (3.0l) bottles: Additional shipping fee of €4 per bottle , regardless of order value and quantity.
  • Package size: 0.375l and 0.75l bottles are shipped in packages of up to 12 bottles, 1.5l bottles in packages of up to 3 bottles, and 3.0l bottles in packages with a maximum of 1 bottle.

  • Shipping costs: €24.50 per package .

Please note that orders delivered to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to additional customs duties and import fees. These fees vary depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Order process and shipping confirmation

After placing your order in our online shop, you will automatically receive an email confirming that your order has been received and is being processed. Once your package has been picked up by DPD, you will receive another email as shipping confirmation. This email will contain your tracking ID for package tracking as well as the invoice for your order.

We kindly ask for your understanding that deliveries to new customers are only made against prepayment. You pay your invoice amount to our bank account before receiving the goods. We will send you the invoice with our bank details by email in advance. Please include the invoice number with your payment.

Product information

Sediment in red wine or tartaric acid crystals in white wine are indicators of quality. Should any of our products not meet your expectations, please contact us.
