Origin

This classic site at the center of the Middle Mosel features deep soil of eroded slate permeated with gravel and various sedimentary stones. The wines are elegant, juicy, featuring yellow fruits, with subtly piquant aromas and fine, playful acidity.

Vinification

The grapes were harvested at the end of October and strictly sorted by hand. The 100% healthy material was then gently crushed and briefly macerated on the berry skins, which are rich in aroma and minerals. The must fermented slowly and spontaneously at low temperature, so that complex fruit aroma could develop perfectly. It then received an extended stay on its lees in stainless steel tank.
